Return Policy


All returning merchandises, not at seller's fault, must return within 30 days of receiving the items. All return items must have Authorized Number obtained in advance along with original Invoice and original box. All return items are subject to 15% restock fee.  Please call 1/877-532-8949 or e-mail ricelights@att.net for Authorized Number.

For cash-refund: please contact your seller directly for cash-refund returns.  NBG International, Inc. offers cash-refund returns only for the items purchased directly.  

For replacement or exchange:  NBG International, Inc. offers replacement or exchange for those direct or third party shipment of NBG International, Inc. products, please follow up the procedures listed above.


Warranty Policy


NBG International, Inc. offers five year limited warranties for Rice Light® products made and shipped, directly or through third party. 

  • For the first year of light strings purchased: 

NBG replaces or exchanges the defectives with same or most updated light strings.  For cash refunds, please refer to "our return polices" above.  NBG pays two way shipment costs in the USA.  NBG shall collect the defected strings.  Please call toll free 1-877-532-8949 or e-mail ricelights@att.net for Authorized Number.

Please have following information ready when you call or e-mail.  Your light information: type of lights, shipping address, original purchasing receipt (if available);  a picture imagine will help.  NBG International will issue you a call tag prepaid.  When you receive the call tag, pack the defectives and drop to any UPS driver or any USPS office nearby you. 

When NBG receives the defective(s), a new string(s) will ship to you with prepaid shipping charges.  If the low voltage transformer is NOT defected, please keep it in your place as only string(s) is shipped back and forth.

  • For the second year of light strings purchased: 

NBG replaces or exchanges the defectives with same or most updated light strings.  For cash refunds, please refer to "our return polices" above.  NBG pays two way shipment costs in the USA.  NBG shall collect the defected strings.  Please call toll free 1-877-532-8949 or e-mail ricelights@att.net for Authorized Number.

NBG replaces or exchanges the defectives with same or most updated light strings.  For cash refunds, please refer to "our return polices" above.  NBG shall collect the defected strings, buyer is responsible to shipping cost.  Please call 1-877-532-8949 or e-mail ricelights@att.net for Authorized Number.  When you call or e-mail, please have following information ready:  Your light information: type of lights, shipping address, original purchasing receipt (if available),  a picture imagine will help.  Please ship the defectives with pre-paid fees and a prepaid ship back tag.  When NBG receives the defective(s), a new string(s) will ship to you with the call tag you provided.  If the low voltage transformer is NOT defected, please keep it in your place as only string(s) is shipped back and forth.

  • For the sixth year going forward:

We offer 50% off retail price for new set(s) of lights at your choices.  Please call 1-877-532-8949 or e-mail: nbgjf@att.net for shipping information and the lights of your choices.  NBG accepts  Master card and visa and accepts a bank check.
